Emma Grace's Finished Nursery

   Today I had my 36 week visit at the doctor to have my Strep/Group B test done. I guess I will find out if I'm positive or negative for it on my next visit next Friday. She checked to see if I had begun dilating yet, nothing has happened so far and the baby hasn't even dropped yet...I guess Emma Grace has a bit more cooking to do! I can't believe I only have 3 more scheduled appointments before she arrives!
   Speaking of arriving, I think the nursery is finally complete, so baby will have a room to come home to! I do have to make the bedskirt for the double bed, but I'm waiting for Mom to arrive so she can help me with it...I have so much other stuff to do! This may be the most beautiful Nursery EVER! Brandon and I worked so hard on this room and we are really proud of it!! Have a peak at our finished product!

Pregnancy Photos

   I asked my Father-in-Law's new bride (my wonderful new Mother-in-Law, Nancy) to take some pregnancy photos for Brandon and I. She loves photography, is an awesome photographer and she takes beautiful pictures! We spent some time with them yesterday so she could capture my still growing belly and our last few days together, as just a family of 2, before Emma Grace arrives. I am so excited about them...Thank you Nancy!!
Only 28 days to go!!

The crib is here!!

   Well, family and friends, today marks 35 weeks and only 35 days to go! I can't believe how close we are to meeting Emma Grace! I had my doctors appointment on Friday and everything is still progressing normally. I have an appointment every week now until she is born and Dr. Aguayo said that on our April 1st appointment we would probable pick a date to induce. We are assuming that the date might be April 8th...it's just so hard to believe! We keep saying, "we get to meet our daughter next month!"
   On another note, the crib came in on Thursday and we were so excited that we had to set it up that night! It's a little more off-white than the rest of the furniture, but there is not enough of a difference to return it considering it's only temporary to the room for a couple of years. It really looks like a nursery in there now. I hung the pictures on the walls and it's turning out to be such a beautiful room!

Genesco Baby Shower

I just have to say that I work with the most wonderful group of people! On Tuesday they threw me the most beautiful baby shower. We had such a wonderful time and were wishing we could have had more than just an hour to celebrate! I love you guys, thanks for such a beautiful day! Here are a few pictures...
